Spring Aligner

The smallest spring retainer also called Standard Spring Aligner or Clip-on Retainer design for patient acceptance and comfort. Used for limited correction, it is the least
retentive Spring Aligner available for upper and lower arches.
The Spring Clip is a compact spring retainer used to correct minor rotation and movement of the anterior teeth or to prevent relapse.
They can be used on the maxillary od mandibular arch and are very effective in aligning slight to moderate crowding of the anterior teeth by resetting the teeth, adapting the labial bow, and adding facial acrylic.

Description

Treatment & Care

This appliance is constructed with a 3×3 labial bow that crosses over the occlusion distal of cuspids. Four-week appointment intervals are recommended. At each appointment, appliance fit should be evaluated, and orthodontic correction monitored. Interproximal reduction, as well as appliance adjustment, may be necessary.

Patients should wear 22 hours a day and clean daily with toothpaste to prevent the buildup of plaque and odor.
Avoid Efferdent and other effervescent solutions, as it may erode components on the appliance.
