if you already have an iTero Orthodontis Comprehensive subscription, please contact the iTero Customer Advocacy (800) 577-8767, when prompted choose Opt 1 then opt 1 once again, request them to have BM Ortho Appliances Inc. added to your preferred lab list, you will need to provide the following information,

1. Provide your login information (Doctor’s Name, Office Name, Doctor’s ID)
2. Provide the name of the Lab = BM ORTHO Appliances INC.
3. Provide BM Ortho Appliances Inc. Company ID # 78204

Upon Confirmation you will see BM Ortho Appliances Inc. listed in the ship to (iRecords) field when completing the prescription from here, since we are already connected, you can submitt your cases straigh from the iTero Scanner every time you need our services just look for us on you preferred list and them to us.

we will send a confirmation upon receiving them and your patient will be added to your Dashboard site, to follow simply login into BM Ortho Appliances Inc.
